TOP-MOUNTED GASHOLDERS WITH SERVICE PLATFORMS
This type of Top-Mounted Biogas Holder has an integrated platform that allows easy access to the various systems installed in the tank. These can be mixers, access shafts, sensors, and safety equipment. The platform solution results in shorter maintenance times, reducing unproductive downtime of the biogas plant.
SPECIALLY TAILORED SHAPES
Depending on the special requirements of a project, we can realize gasholders in special designs. Designs that we have implemented are for example elliptical, donut-shaped, or u-shaped gasholders. Beyond that, we rely on the standard designs, specifically quarter, half, and three-quarter spheres as well as rectangular gasholders. Special shapes are often used when space is limited to optimize the storage volume of the gasholder and reduce construction costs.
RING AND BRIDGE GASHOLDERS
Ring and Bridge Systems are very similar in function to the Top-Mounted Gasholders. The difference is that these storage systems can be placed directly on concrete or steel tanks with a separate center plate. Mixers, gas pipe connections, or other fittings can be installed on this center plate or bridge. This configuration facilitates maintenance and modifications. Like the service platform concept, ring and bridge storage tanks can significantly reduce downtime for service and maintenance.
